Phyllis Snyder, Vice President of CAEL, the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, describes the nonprofit’s participation in the Aging Worker Initiative, in cooperation with Atlantic Philanthropies, the Council for Competitiveness and the U.S. Department of Labor.
